Jessica & Eric- Stylized Shoot

I always love working with Trisha from Visual Lyrics. I think she is SO talented and brings some much creativity to her floral designs. When she contacted me about this stylized shoot I was very excited.

2010- Part 1

What a fantastic year it’s been! I’ve had the pleasure of working with some of the nicest couples. We also traveled a lot this year. We went to Key West, Isla Mujeres, Maui, New York City, Louisville and Park City, Utah for weddings and photo sessions. To top it all off, I married my best friend in July. Here’s to 2011. I can’t wait to see what the year brings.

Candace & Michael Wedding

I woke up early on a Wednesday morning in June and was working as normal. I was talking to Jona with Forever Photography on the phone and she suddenly received an email saying that Barr Mansion had been struck by lightning and their beautiful Artisan Ballroom had burned to the ground. I couldn’t believe it! Candace & Michael’s wedding was scheduled there just three days later. I felt so bad for everyone. Candace called me a few minutes later saying she had been crying all morning. We both desperately tried to find a new venue that was available on such late notice. In the end Candace & Michael decided to just stay with the Barr Mansion. They did such a great job setting everything up and making Candace & Michael’s wedding still unbelievably beautiful.
