Heather & John

I met Heather at The Driskill for a few quick pictures of her and the bridesmaids getting ready. We then went to Smith Family Chapel for the ceremony. I love this chapel! It’s so pretty. The reception followed at The Driskill where the guests dined on sushi and danced the night away!

Anna & Julio- Houston, TX

Anna & Julio got married at the Live Oak Friends Meeting in Houston. It was a very beautiful ceremony. Afterwards we went to The Courtyard on St. James Place for the reception. Julio’s friends and family came in from Peru and they were incredible dancers! I could have watched them dance all night. Anna told me that after the reception they had an after party that lasted until 7:30 a.m.! Now that is a party!

Anna & Ryan Engaged!

Anna & Ryan both live in other states so while they were in town for Christmas break I did their engagement session. The weather was absolutely perfect! We went all over town and got some great photos. I’m really looking forward to Anna’s bridal session in New York City! :)

Killer session! Never seen the capital building look so good!

Dawn & Ryan

Dawn and Ryan got married at Villa Antonia in early December. They had a intimate ceremony with just their closest friends and family. It was one of the sweetest ceremonies I’ve seen. After the ceremony they had the rest of their friends come for a fun reception. It was a big party! Dawn and Ryan are one of the nicest couples you’d ever meet. I had such a great time getting to know them.

Lexy & Tyler-Engaged!

I knew that Lexy was going to be fun to work with right when I met her. I was right! I had such a great time with them. They are the nicest couple.

We had planned to go to Tyler’s horse farm in Elgin for their engagement session. It had rained quite a bit and Lexy was worried it’d be too muddy. We decided at the last minute to go ahead and do it there. She was definitely right about the mud. I’ve never seen so much mud! I’m really glad we did the session there anyway because it was so pretty. I love all the neat places I get to go and see as a photographer. It’s just another reason I have the best job ever!
